Dr. Pamala Hutcherson, serves as The Marketplace Coach ™ focused in the areas of personal and professional success, business strategies, growth and development. Affectionately known as Dr. Pam, her strategies are supported by a spiritually based foundation that works synergistically with relevant and necessary business principles for everyday marketplace business owners and Christian ministries. Building strategies that define and destine God’s given purpose is the gifting that Pamala utilizes in the perfecting of her talents acquired over the past 18 years through her work in healthcare and within the public industry. She works professionally in the healthcare industry and is the co-founder of ALlinois Holdings, a holdings corporation that oversees the LLC’s and consulting practice she owns with her husband. In 2004, Marquis Who’s Who, named her amongst their elite listing of: Who’s Who of American Women and has since been listed in several of their yearly publications.
By way of her firm Fertile Ground Coaching and Consulting, her flagship program “Strategies to Success” consists of a series of workshops through which she provides business empowerment programs to include: Building Your Business, Business Start-Up and Development, Teambuilding, and Succession Planning.
Dr. Pam has been successful in helping to build, lead and operationalize many ministry concepts, too include: St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church (Harvey, IL), Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church (Chicago, IL) and most recently, The Global Institute of Church and Marketplace Prophets (Jacksonville, FL). Her most recent accomplishment was that of completing her Doctorate in Public Administration in March 2015. She is a Certified Coach Practitioner and holds a Master of Public Administration from Governors State University (IL), a Certificate of Christian Studies from Trinity Divinity School (IL) and sits on the National Patient Advocate Elite Presidents Council (NPAF). NPAF is a national advocacy voice that consists of state advocates as voices for the under and uninsured in the United States.
Known as a “Transformational Leader,” Dr. Pam is set to be strategic in the workplace as well as the Worship place, because the two are called to be fitly joined together, that we may go in and effect change in all facets. She is a businesswoman mandated to EDIFY and bring wealth to the Kingdom and splits her time between Chicago, IL and Memphis, TN with her husband Roland and daughters Olivia and Evon-Jean.
